Octopus style of generating ideas

Have you seen an octopus before?🤷‍♂️

Just recently, I picked up a book that talks on how to code the mind.

Despite the amazing insight I got from the book, I still find course questioning some ideas in the book, which is a normal thing to do.

As I kept reading I got to a part that so much resonate with me.

It was the idea of Ken wilber. Ken wilber is one of the most brilliant mind alive today, as mentioned by the author.

He's is the originator of Integral theory, which sort of bring together discipline of cultural studies, anthropology: the study of human form, system theory, psychology and spirituality, to mention a few.

Seeing all that got me thinking,  wow! no wander his twenty-five books got translated into thirty foreign languages...

Though he's old I begin to see him as the new Charles Darwin and Einstein.

I discovered, not only from him...

a not new method but, a not always considered method of unlocking creativity.

This method is actually use for getting out fresh ideas out of the mind.

I certainly know of a word you're not thinking of right now,    "m u l t i-tasking"!😃,  that's what I call " the octopus style".😏

In this our world of "social distraction", you can achieve a lot with what Tim Harford call, "slow multi-tasking".

Am not saying you're going to be like Einstein or Ken wilber, but you ll'd pat  yourself at the back for practising it.

Slow multi-tasking is just similar to what I call CREATIVE PLAY in my previous Post https://oghenefujiri.blogspot.com/2020/12/what-you-should-know-about-creative-play.html?m=1

Slow multi-tasking is what helps you focus on one thing without leaving other things out.

Read that again....

When you're involve with many things that caught your interest, you tend to form a  lot of idea from them that would make a single pie😋😃.

For example, the idea of a cell phone and a computer equals to a tablet device.
