It's fine if you don't agree with me!

Just yesterday night, before we all went to sleep, my dad put on his radio set, and for me, I had detached myself from listening to radio, except on Saturday's where I get to listen to my favorite presenter whom I became a fan of when I was in  SSS 1. I was about to enter into my room, when the conversation between this two presenters held me back. Curious of "which and what" I went back, now close to where the radio set is. When it was time for people to comment, with interest I waited for people's call to come in, the annoying part of the thing is that the point they make didn't go well with me. The talk is about, "either speaking the mother tongue (Yoruba) or speaking English, which one is important". As if that argument wasn't enough, they then proceeded to the one that made me really high πŸ˜† It says "will you marry a woman who can't speak English".      In my mind, I was like who doesn't want a good thing.😁 I really wish you l...

Plant Lesson

I have been so thrilled, about how the things around us, especially nature gives us tips on how to live. As to the rules that was given in my home, I am to sweep the front side of the house, and as a patriotic citizen of my home, each time I sweep, I would always look up to the mango and the soursop tree, and kind of like ask them, "why are you given problem with your leaves poop.πŸ™„ Like overtime I sweep, it is certain that I would sweep litters of leaves. Then it occurred to me this morning that plants shed leaves, and as time goes on they come up with amazing green ones, and like I try connecting it to our individual life, most time it looks like we're losing everything, it looks like everything thing is drying up, but like trees, losing their leaves every single years, yet they stand tall waiting for better days to come, we can also carry out that. Disclaimer, I am not saying you should fold up your hands and be wishing for "the better days to come", No!. Note tha...

I came online, though my intention was to just check my messages, notification and go. For those who love the space, we all know that this app has its own way of pinning one down, i didn't know when I dived into  check the news feed, as I kept scrolling, I caught a glimpse of a post with the phrase " age does not matter" complementing it. I didn't stop to read, since my brain  had once again reminded me of my agenda, so I logged off. πŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”ΈπŸ”Έ I took my Bible to read since it's morning already and besides I had told myself,  I would  try reading my Bible every morning before setting for the day call, and that has cause me to wake up by 4 a.m. I opened my morning guide, which directed me to read a certain part of the scripture.   As I read on, I stumbled on on a part that says "... teach us to number our days that we m...
