People capable of change.

Dr James, a  retired senior lecturer came to the face of the public. He was famously known for a book he published three years ago. The value found in the book seems to capture the people, due to  the fact that  the book States a lot of things people know, but are not knowledgeable enough about it. The fame has brought many organization and firm to write a proposal letter to him, asking he should come and train their staff.  It's  unbelievable that he turned many of them down. On this particular day he was at the  founding fathers  center, it's a conference held yearly for leader and those who aspire  to be  one, since you would have to become a follower before you can become a leader.  During the Q and A session, he made a comparison as regards how we should we should see training versus how it  is seen  in the society. Ways to bring an idea into existence

  I once read of a story about a Florida University Professor and his student. He divided his film photography student into two groups. He named the  first group "quality" group and the second group " quantity" group. He told them that, they would be graded base on the amount of work they produce. He proceeded by telling the quantity group that any work that is rated hundred would receive an A grade, and the one for 90 would receive a B grade and so on. For the " quality group", they are graded base on their work, that is, they would have to produce only one photo during the semester and it have to be a perfect one for them to get an A. At the end of the semester, he had observed that the quantity group did well compare  to the quality group. You know why? All this while, the quantity group are busy taking photos, experimenting different kinds of exposures and lighting, While the quality group are seeking after perfection; they were seeking for the perfect...
